Abstract
|
|
|
Most instances of choriocarcinoma of the ovary are secondary to gestational origin. Primary nongestational choriocarcinoma is an exceedingly rare germ cell tumor that has worse prognosis than gestational tumors.
We report a case of primary ovarian choriocarcinoma in 45 year old woman with the review of literatures.
